and is for informational purposes only. All services are only confirmed once deposited, pre booked or
purchased.

protection regulations and the Fair-trading Act 1986. TCNZ operates a 100% customer satisfaction
policy.

All TCNZ clients are required to be compliant with NZ government health and travel regulations upon
entry into NZ. Clients should obtain appropriate medical travel insurance prior to travel.
All clients of TCNZ should contact their own physician for advice concerning a medical condition or
concern. TCNZ accepts no responsibility, liability for any clients, pre-existing medical conditions
known or unknown.
All price charges are subject to change at the discretion of TCNZ.
Travellers, visitors, clients to NZ, select, agree and purchase Travel Care NZ service with agents, and
or partners or authorised providers, before arrival to NZ. This service maybe purchased by clients
when in NZ upon request and approval to TCNZ.
This service maybe already included in clients travel package for convenience.
Upon confirmation of travel plans, clients would pay the registration fee to agents, and or partners or
authorised providers and complete Travel Care NZ basic health information and service consents as
below.
Pre-payment authority consent forms.
Voluntary health declaration information.
TCNZ Client Registration
Adult $350nzd pp pwk, ($36 USD per day) approx.
Child rates are $250nzd pp pwk ($26USD per day) approx.
Minimum periods of time are weekly units – (1-7days) or (8-14days) or (15-21days) and so on.
Clients become members and are entered into a limited travel care pool, this guarantees priority
access to the highest quality medical services, information and assistance as provided by TCNZ.
What services TCNZ Clients are charged for are set out as below.
24 hr 0800, on Call Doctor Phone Consult Service – Standard rate $360 per hour, divided into
increments of six-minute units. Examples are (1- 6 mins = $36) (7-12mins = $72) (30min)
$180. (60min $360) and so on.
All relevant medical services or products provided by TCNZ and or providers.
All medical on-site visits. All charges are according to any, and all services requested or
required.
All non-medical services provided.
All travel care plan costs, travel support service, transport services, booked or provided.
All client accounts, charges, bills must be settled paid, prior to departure from NZ by the client
directly or via the preauthorised credit card.
Or as required by previous agreement. Pre deposits may be required for some services.
All prices are in NZD currency unless otherwise indicated. All prices include GST.
As such, prices and charges are defined by the service requested, by the professionals as required.
At the level of request, urgency, and response needed.
TCNZ directors, employees, partners, associates, agents will take all possible care to deliver all
services and support as promoted to the highest standard.
All TCNZ clients understand, enter, use, accept that, all services, medical or non-medical are at their
own risk.
Please be advised that all services, products and medications, which may be referred to in this
website, whether by brand name or generically, are given for informational purposes only. Any liability
for services supplied, are not the responsibility of TCNZ, by way of endorsement, or recommendation
or approval.
It is the policy of TCNZ to obtain any required permission for use of the pictures included in this
website. In the event a picture has been included for which permission was not granted, it is through
inadvertence and the picture will be removed upon receipt of notice.

By becoming a client of TCNZ, it is accepted that you have understood, and agreed with all terms and
conditions, here within. TCNZ reserves the right to decline, cancel or terminate any service(s) for any
reason, or in the event of a national disaster. In this unlikely event a100% refund policy applies for
that service.
Cancellation Policy
90 days prior to travel – 100% less 10% administration fee.
OR Credit offered on future travel option (12mths limit)
60 days or less prior to travel – 50% refund OR Credit offered on future travel option
(12mths limit)
30 days or less prior to travel – no refund available OR Credit offered on future travel option
(12mths limit)
Credit offered option future travel – is redeemable within 12mths only, from time of booking,
or by mutual agreement or at TCNZ discretion.
